COURSE FACILITATION AND ACCESS
We believe in accountability and taking action so from the date you are given access to the course, you have a deadline of six months to complete the course before its expiry. Should you require more than one course (which is likely), you will usually be given access to the courses in succession. Second Passport has put this policy in place to support you and your goals, but we do understand that things happen. Should the time need to be extended, we will consult with you and review your progress.
ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND OUR COMMUNITY APPROACH
As part of the premium membership, we have covered your first year of private community access. After 1 year from you signing up with your membership, your premium community access will automatically renew at a rate of $20.00 per month which is paid on an annual basis. You do have the option to opt out by informing the Second Passport team 30-days prior to the expiry. By opting out you will lose access to the private community but not to the courses that are part of your program.
While we understand, and want, people will interact with the community, there needs to be a safe environment. We can not condone or tolerate “souring” the group, bullying, or aggressive behaviour towards any of our team or any members of our community. Acts of but not limited to harassment will not be tolerated and this will result in automatic withdrawal from the courses.
