You do not have to give us any personal information in order to use most of this website. If you have agreed to take advantage of this awesome personalized service, you will need to provide certain information, but don’t worry, we totally respect your right to privacy and we will do our best to protect your information.

There are none. With the sole exception that we guarantee we will deliver what is included in and that you will be satisfied with the service. (Quick note here: If you are ever not satisfied, it’s your job to raise it and we’ll come up with the proper game plan to address the situation!)

 

REFUND POLICY

We don't do refunds. All Second Passport services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases of The Blueprint Challenge; The Personalized Blueprint; DIY Online Courses; Private Client Services; or Professional Consultations. The purchase of these programs are final and non-refundable. In the event you no longer want to continue with Second Passport services, no portion of your payment or compensation will be payable. Either the service was satisfactory or we're going to work with you (within reason) to address your concerns.

MISSED OR RESCHEDULED CALLS/CONSULTATIONS

If you have a call scheduled, and you miss it without letting us know, you have forfeited that call. We still love you but...please manage your schedule. We’ll always have your next calls scheduled. If you need to reschedule a previously scheduled call, we’ll do our best to accommodate. If we are unable to though, you will forfeit the call.

If an appointment is scheduled and the client fails to show up without any correspondence, you will forfeit the entire appointment fee. Missed appointments are an inconvenience to the company also to other clients who are in need our services, therefore integrity must be maintained in scheduling.

 

YOUR CONSENT

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in the manner set out in this privacy policy. If we change or modify this privacy policy, we shall post these changes on this page.

 

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

You agree not to share your program logins with anyone. You also agree not to access or participate in the program for purposes of reverse engineering or for creating a competing program for yourself or another individual.

  
USE OF PERSONAL DETAILS

Our database of personal details (however we collect these details) is used by us, and third parties acting on our behalf, for client administration and marketing related purposes. We may, from time to time, send you mailings that you have requested, or we feel may interest you and/or are relevant to your business. Such mailings may include details of our products and services; newsletters; and invitations to our various training seminars and other events. We do not rent or sell your contact details.

 
CONTACTING US ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

If you would like to see the information, we have about you or would like to be removed from our database and/or any mailing lists, please contact us. To help us keep our database up to date, we would be grateful if you would let us know as soon as any of your contact details change or if you notice any inaccuracies in them. Please also let us know if you no longer wish to receive information or services from us. We would be grateful if you would also contact us, if you have any comments on this site or have spotted any errors or non-functioning parts of the site.

 

COURSE FACILITATION AND ACCESS

We believe in accountability and taking action so from the date you are given access to the course, you have a deadline of six months to complete the course before its expiry. Should you require more than one course (which is likely), you will usually be given access to the courses in succession. Second Passport has put this policy in place to support you and your goals, but we do understand that things happen. Should the time need to be extended, we will consult with you and review your progress.

 

ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND OUR COMMUNITY APPROACH

As part of the premium membership, we have covered your first year of private community access. After 1 year from you signing up with your membership, your premium community access will automatically renew the applicable monthly rate which is paid on an annual basis. You do have the option to opt out by informing the Second Passport team 30-days prior to the expiry.

While we understand, and want, people will interact with the community, there needs to be a safe environment. We can not condone or tolerate “souring” the group, bullying, or aggressive behaviour towards any of our team or any members of our community. Acts of but not limited to harassment will not be tolerated and this will result in automatic withdrawal from the courses.

 

STUDENT ADMISSION ASSISTANCE

Should you choose this service you will be referred to Maple Study Services which will advise and assist with your admission to Canadian Post-Secondary educational institutions. This will be subject to an additional agreement with them but the professional fee for their service will be waived. However, you will be required to pay an administrative and admission fees for assisting with the application to schools.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Second Passport’s failure to perform any term or service, as a result of conditions beyond it’s control such as, but not limited to, governmental restrictions or subsequent legislation, war, strikes, or acts of God, shall not be deemed a breach of any terms or offerings related to this website, it’s contents or it’s associated Third Parties.

 
IMMIGRATION ADVICE AND QUESTIONS

The Second Passporter recognizes that the Second Passport Team will only answer questions and concerns related to the Second Passport Course material. For any question or concerns outside of the Second Passport course offerings. Second Passport is an education provider and is not providing legal services or file representation and any personalized applications that are required will be covered under a further agreement and engagement with our Immigration Partners. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You understand and agree that you are not represented by Second Passport. Second Passport is an Education Lifestyle company with the purpose of educating those interested in coming to Canada. You understand that Second Passport and any of its team members do not represent your immigration application and are not held liable for any results thereof. Second Passport is not liable to address any concerns outside of the purchased course and will not be able to provide advice or representation on any other types of applications unless another agreement is entered into with an immigration professional.

 
FULL DISCLOSURE, MEDICAL, OR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR

Any omission of facts may seriously affect the approval of any immigration application and as such you must be candid with supplying all of the information needed to facilitate their government application, while not providing false or inaccurate documents or information. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any negative consequences if false or inaccurate documents or information are provided to the government, even if you understand or interpret the material presented on this website differently. You confirm that you and any of their dependents do not have a serious medical condition or a criminal record and understand that proceeding on your own can be very complicated and as such you should consult a professional prior to pressing forward with any government immigration filing.

 

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Second Passporter agrees that their relationship with Second Passport may be terminated without refund if they engage in unwelcome behaviour which includes but is not limited to disrespectful or bullying behaviour, posting unsolicited content, affiliate links, disrespectful content, and/or irrelevant posts may result in removal of the Second Passporter from the program to the respect the other members of the community.

 

CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP OR SERVICES

Second Passport has the right to change the terms of your membership at any point. However, this will be explained fully to the Second Passporter ahead of time and we will always consider your needs with any decision that needs to be made in this respect.

 
SEVERABILITY

If any of the provisions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed

 
JURISDICTION

This Agreement is subject to the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  All disputes in connection with these terms, any material presented on this website, or by any associated third parties will be dealt with by the appropriate governing body found in this jurisdiction.  By using this website, and any of the materials associated with this website you agree to waive your right to proceeding with any dispute or any legal action in any venue other than Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
